A dynamic business leader and the key driving force of Vikram Solar, Mr. Gyanesh Chaudhary is the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Vikram Solar Limited. Under his able leadership, the company has established itself as an internationally acclaimed solar PV module manufacturer and a comprehensive EPC solutions provider.

Mr. Chaudhary strongly believes in the economic, environmental and social implications of business and understands the value of sustainability for business growth and continuity. Ideologically, he believes solar is the core strategy and an answer to various environmental issues affecting the world today.

Mr. Chaudhary is a Business Graduate from University of Wales, UK), and
holds a Diploma in Marketing and International Trade from University of
Boston and in International Business from Harvard Business School, USA. He
currently holds the position of Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Vikram Solar.

He is also a member of the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), Merchant
Chamber of Commerce, Federation of India Export Organisation, Engineering
Export Promotional Council, Calcutta Management Association, Tea Research
Association of India and the United Planters Association of Southern India.
He has been acknowledged as a “Promising Entrepreneur” by The Economic
Times and received the Bengal Entrepreneurship Award 2016 by BCC&I. In
2017, he was revered with ‘Emerging Leader Award’ by Calcutta Management
Association (CMA) and received commendations as ‘Entrepreneur Of The Year’
from India Solar Week.
